What happens if my shoes don’t fit?
Please email info@miapatsy.com.au and inform us of your size issue. We will inform you of a return number to be sent with your parcel and if we have the correct size in stock. You are welcome to change sizes or receive a credit note. Refunds are only valid if the correct size is not in stock or the item/s is damaged or faulty. An additional fee of A$10.00 will be charged for re posting within Australia.
Please follow the Refund Procedure to return goods.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
We only offer refunds on items that are damaged and faulty so please purchase with care. Please contact info@miapatsy.com.au and inform us of your item/s been returned within 24hrs of receipt.
We will not be able to honour a refund if damage is due to negligence on your part.
MIA PATSY products have been quality controlled and handeled with care. We pass on liability and care of goods once the items have been sold to the customer, please love our products as much as we love them!

Returns Procedure
Please email info@miapatsy.com.au and inform us of your return. We will inform you of a return number to be sent with your parcel. Please pack items with care as we did when distributing to you.
Items are to be sent to PO BOX 1670, Runaway Bay QLD, Australia 4216.
We will contact you in regards to your refund claim within 24hrs of your receipt. (business hours)
Item/s sent without a refund number will be invalid.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
MIA PATSY reserves the right to deny any returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements. You are responsible for costs of sending the item/s back to us and in the case of an exchange there will be a re issue postage fee. Faulty and damaged items postage will be refunded to your Paypal account.
Can I still purchase an item if its SOLD OUT?
If you are interested in purchasing a product that has sold out please email MIA PATSY with your enquiry. We may have this item on re order. We will do our best to provide you with your new love!
What are your Payment options?
Our website only offers Paypal options but if you wish to pay via direct deposit please phone us on

How long does delivery take?
All items are sent by Express Post unless you have a large order. (Some large Handbags may be classified as a large order) which will be sent via regular mail. Your order will be sent the next business day after orders placed. Orders in metropolitan areas should arrive within 2 business days of being processed and 3-4 business days for more regional areas. Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. If you wish to purchase an item and are located outside of Australia please email MIA PATSY to inform us of the item/s you are interested in purchasing and the address they will need to be posted to so we can inform you of postage charges.

Important Information
We recommend that you try on and inspect your item/s immediately upon receipt to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please try on shoes on soft surfaces (carpet) before they are worn as we will not accept shoes with scratches and markings on the soles. Please note that shoes may be tight when first worn but will stretch with continual use.
