We recommend that you try on and inspect your item/s immediately upon receipt to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please try on shoes on soft surfaces (carpet) before they are worn as we will not accept shoes with scratches and markings on the soles for exchange. Please note you should want a very firm fitting toe. As the shoe is made almost entirely of leather the shoes will mould and give themselves to your foot shape, ensuring their comfort.
